Where do you ship my order from?

All of our orders ship out of Orange County, CA.

When will you ship my order?

We try to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days of the purchase date.

How do I know if an item is a Girls' or Boys' item?

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, many of our items are unisex and can be worn by girls or boys. 

How do your items fit?

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, all items fit true to size.

What do I do if an item is out of stock in my size?

Unfortunately, everything you see on our website is our current stock. If there's something you're particularly hoping for, feel free to email us at customerservice@blockthreads.com so we can keep this in mind if there's a high demand for an item or suggest a similar item you may love just as much.

Can I return or exchange my item?
